The day after Lohri is known as Maghi, a day that signifies the beginning of the month of Magh. According to common belief, this is an auspicious day to take holy dip and give away charity. Kheer is prepared in sugar cane juice to mark the day. Maghi, also known as Makar Sankranti, is the first day of the month of Magh.
The largest assembly (Sangat), however, takes place at Dera Shri 108 Sant Sarwan Dass Ji in the form of a big fair during which pilgrims listen to kirtan, partake of langar (blessed food), and pay homage to Shri Guru Ravidass Ji and the Sants.
Festival of Vaisakhi is celebrated with lot of joy and enthusiasm at Dera Shri 108 Sant Sarwan Dass Ji. On this occasion a large of number devotees come to Dera and pay their regards and listen "Vaisakh Maheena" from Sant Maharaj Ji.
For the predominant Sikh population of Punjab Vaisakhi is one the biggest festival as it marks the foundation day of Khalsa Panth by the tenth Sikh Guru, Guru Gobind Singh Ji.

In the memory of Baba Pipal Dass Ji the anniversary celebrated every year on the first NAVRATRA and Nishaan Sahib (holy flag) are being changed and then raised again at Dera Sachkhand, Ballan.
The inauguration of Shri Guru Ravidass Mandir, Katraj Pune, Maharashtra, was done by Sant Niranjan Dass Ji on 7th December, 2005. Every year on this day a big celebration has held at Shri Guru Ravidass Mandir, Katraj Pune, Maharashtra.
On every Sunday at Dera Ballan sangat (pilgrims) come to Dera from near and far in large numbers and Ragi Jathas (kirtan singers). Kirtan or bhajans are held till evening. In the morning, tea and pakora langar (blessed food) is distributed among the sangat and food in the lunch time.
On every Sangrand at Dera Shri 108 Sant Sarwan Dass, Ballan sangat (pilgrims) come to Dera from near and far. People take bath at Dera Ballan after that listen the holy "Name of the Month" from Shri 108 Sant Niranjan Dass Ji Maharaj. After that Ragi Jathas do kirtan throughout the day. Langar is distributed throughout the day among sangat (pilgrims).
